Returns & Exchanges
a. The domain http://www.bollywoodwardrobe.com including any web-pages thereof is the web-site (“Website”) of Bollywood Wardrobe (hereinafter “Bollywood Wardrobe”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
b. This policy sets out the terms and conditions, on fulfillment of which Bollywood Wardrobe may permit you to either (i) return the products and/or (ii) exchange them for other products.
c. This policy applies to all the products sold by Bollywood Wardrobe through the Website
d. You are requested to read our Terms and Conditions and other policies available on the Website in addition to this policy as the same are binding upon you.
2 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGE:
Bollywood Wardrobe has a simple and hassle free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:
a. All Sales are final and product can't be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged, defective or Incorrect. Please check the definitions of damaged, defective and incorrect product below at section 5 DEFECTED/DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS
b. You must be located in United States as this facility is not available to patrons located outside of US.
c. Customer must check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, customer must take photo of damaged packet and also leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products. You must notify us by sending an email with order number and picture/s at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
d. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective or incorrect., you must notify us by sending us an email with order number and at least 4 product photos describing the issues at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 Hours of receiving the products,if you want to return or exchange it. Your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
e. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective or incorrect. The products must be returned to Bollywood Wardrobe address within 5 (five) days from date it is delivered to you. We will provide you the address. Please email us at email@example.com.
f. The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all original labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
g. Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
h. Any footwear sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unused. Thus footwear worn for trial purposes must be done on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for return or exchange.
i. Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
j. If Bollywood Wardrobe accepts the product returned, you will be entitled to receive refunds in the form of store credit only.
k. If Bollywood Wardrobe agrees to exchange the product returned, you will receive store credit only, which can then be used for purchasing any other merchandise.
l. Notwithstanding anything contained in this policy, Bollywood Wardrobe reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
m. Bollywood Wardrobe store credit shall not exceed the value of the product returned and/or exchanged but may be subject to deductions of any benefits for example any discounts availed, shipping or delivery charges waiver, etc., if any.
n. Customized or special delivery orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
o. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the same item is not available then store credit would be given which would be allowed to use within 6 months.
3 RETURNS OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
a. You can initiate the returns/exchange procedure by writing an e-mail with order number and pictures to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving product. Your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Bollywood Wardrobe will email a ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’ for you to fill up and email back to firstname.lastname@example.org
b. If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from some Bollywood Wardrobe customer, (for example as gift), you will have to request the concerned Bollywood Wardrobe customer to initiate the return process.
c. Upon receiving a ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’, Bollywood Wardrobe will generate a ticket number which will be shared with you. This ticket number must be used in all communication(s) with Bollywood Wardrobe .
d. You can return the product by selecting any one of the below options in the ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’
e. Ship it back to Bollywood Wardrobe by sending it to the address provided by us within 5 (five) days of receiving the product/s. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to Bollywood Wardrobe in good condition and Bollywood Wardrobe will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during in return transit.
f. Bollywood Wardrobe will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, Bollywood Wardrobe will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 5 (five) working days of receiving the product.
g. If Bollywood Wardrobe accepts the return/exchange request, value of the product returned/exchanged will be will be credited in the form of store credit in 5 (five) working days of receiving the product. However, if Bollywood Wardrobe rejects the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you and customer would have to borne the shipping expenses.

4 STORE CREDIT:
a Bollywood Wardrobe store credit is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from date of its issue.
5 DEFECTED/DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS:
a. For the purpose of this policy, the term ‘incorrect product’ means the product does not match the description set out in the purchase order or Website.
b. For the purpose of this policy, the term ‘damaged product’ means the product received was damaged.
c. For the purpose of this policy, the term ‘defected product’ means the product has clear manufacturing defect.
d. We have made every effort to display the product image as accurately as possible appear on the Site. However, certain Made to order products as mentioned in their product description may slightly vary from image displayed and won't be considered incorrect/defective/damaged product therefore is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
e. We have made every effort to fulfill custom order as per customer requirements. However, custom orders including but not limited to custom size tailoring, custom color etc. may slightly vary in size and color due to different designers and won't be considered incorrect/defective/damaged product therefore is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
f. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate and won't be considered incorrect/defective/damaged product therefore is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
g. We have made every effort to have product size as per product standard size guide but we can't guarantee the exact size due to different designers. There could be size variation of 1-2 inch and won't be considered incorrect/defective/damaged product therefore is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
h. Bollywood Wardrobe takes utmost care to deliver the products as per your order. If incorrect product is delivered, you must notify us by sending an email with at least 4 pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product.
i. Bollywood Wardrobe takes utmost care to deliver the products as per your order. If defected product is delivered, you must notify us by sending an email with at least 4 pictures at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
j. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the same item is not available then store credit would be given which would be allowed to use within 6 months.
a. We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
b. As part of usual business practice, if Bollywood Wardrobe receives a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, Bollywood Wardrobe shall refund the entire amount.
In case of a conflict in any terms of Returns and Exchange Policy, the decision of Bollywood Wardrobe shall be final and concluding, and you irrevocably withdraw your right to make any claim or demur on this ground.
